When you first bring up the Forum page, you will see a list of posts listed by Recent Activity. There is a pull down on the words "Recent Activity" where you can choose to see Newest Activity, posts with the Most Comments, posts with the Most Views, or posts with the Most Reactions.

To see all the different places you can find other kinds of topics, click on "Categories" at the top left of the Forum. There will be posts within each category, and if you want to be notified by email when someone replies to a post, you can either click on the three vertical dots to the right of the topic and click "Follow", or if you are already reading the topic, then just click the "Follow Post" button (on your mobile phone there are three dots instead of the button.) You can also follow entire categories by clicking "Follow" on the category itself.

If you decide you no longer want updates on posts, you will need to find the category or post and click "Following Post" in order to UNfollow.
